The amount of time you give up is completely up to you. We have roles for everyone whether you can only help out once a month or a little more regularly.
This entirely depends on the role you choose to take up, some roles require no training whereas some do. If you do take a role that requires training you will be supported through the process. All roles do require a Scout DBS form.
